Internal reports for Core Measure Dashboards are available on the Quality Management Portal (QMP).To log in to the Quality Management Portal (QMP) click here.

1. You must be granted access prior to login.
2. Login requires AD/CareConnect credentials. For AD login credentials, contact MITS at (310) 794-4357. For access to QMP, contact qmsw3@mednet.ucla.edu with your hospital and your role.
